I would like to personally thank Emily who went above and beyond to help me sort out Power of Attorney on my Dad's account last week. She was working at the Rugeley Banking Hub that day, with limited facilities compared to the usual HSBC branch facilities, but she was determined not to be phased by this, and eventually managed to sort everything out for me. I can't thank her enough for her help and her bright cheerful 'can do' approach to the matter. She is a credit to HSBC.

My debit card was declined twice in post office at WH Smith’s so went straight into bank and Tania was so pleasant and understanding about how I felt having my card declined. She looked up my account and explained that there was no problem with my card and that nothing had been taken out and even used it to get me some money out of banks machine. Lovely lady who put my mind to rest she is a credit to your branch,

I came in without booking an appointment to bank a cheque and they also helped me change my name on the account without a moment's thought.
