Big shout to Savina Bilalova and Shelley Roberts for their superb help and support with a couple of challenges I was having in opening my new business account last week. I visited HSBC Stourbridge because I wanted help with opening a business account. I was seen by a lovely young lady called Rihab . She went through the website with me and the different accounts and sat with me whilst I was applying for my business account. She also gave me her business card, and I contacted her again a month later requesting to see her again to open an account for my 14 year old daughter. Rihab was efficient and full of knowledge about different products and services HSBC provides. Rihab is happy to go the extra mile to make the experience unforgettable for customers , for example, she provided us with coffee and tea on both visits.
There are nice people still in the world, and Rihab was just the perfect example. Thank you so much, HSBC and Rihab, for the unforgettable experience.

Elite experience at the Stourbridge branch, first the branch is very spacious with plenty of kiosks for self service banking.

Will also like to spotlight the highly exceptional service delivered by one Shelley Roberts. I visited the branch this past Saturday just before closing time at around 12:50. I wanted to enquire about opening an additional current account. After a quick dialogue with Shelley instead of diverting me to come in on another day because it was almost closing time she quickly directed me to her desk and set up the additional account in around five minutes.

The experience was super efficient & a class example of going the extra mile customer service which i will always appreciate & look to highlight. It’s service like this that retains the customer for the long term - overall highly recommended.
