Everyone at Little Sutton Post Office is very friendly and welcoming.
Really quick and efficient dealing with parcels. They take dropoffs for not only Royal mail but various other couriers like Evri and DPD which is very helpful.
They're always friendly even when I have multiple or larger parcels to drop in.
Also have a good selection of products for sale at good prices. Good selection of sweets for my son when he comes with me to the shop.

Disappointed by My First Experience

This was my very first visit to the Royal Mail Post Office in Little Sutton, Birmingham, and I had planned to make this my regular drop-off location for my business parcels. Unfortunately, my experience has made me seriously reconsider.

While scanning my parcels into my tracking software—something I do routinely to fulfil orders for my business—I was abruptly reprimanded by a middle-aged male post office assistant. He accused me of taking photos and even told me to leave the shop. Surprised by the accusation, I told him in a calm manner I wasn't taking pictures and explained clearly that I was simply scanning the barcodes into my system so my customers could track their parcels. Despite this, he continued to argue and spoke to me in an unnecessarily rude and confrontational manner. I told him I wasn't trying to argue but explain what I was doing. I had to excuse myself and politely said I would take my business elsewhere as the hostility was evident and constant.

What made the situation even more frustrating is that I could see other customers parcels were placed at the front of the post office desk in full public view, with no privacy or security measures in place. This poor setup makes it easy for others to see and potentially collect private information—yet somehow, I was being accused of violating privacy.

I left the post office feeling upset, with my heart pounding and my hands shaking. It’s disappointing to be treated with such hostility, especially as a new customer trying to use the service professionally. I had high hopes for using this branch regularly, but this experience has, unfortunately, put me off completely.

The staff/ owners of this post office are so kind and helpful. On multiple occasions I have been helped by the staff with them going that little bit extra.
