ordered last night at about 1am. was £25 for 3 items. we saw online that the place was closed so we cancelled. it then said £0 would be refunded even tho we did it before the order was being prepared. they obviously lie about opening times on different websites. we called and asked for them to send food since they wouldn’t refund and were still open. guy on the phone lied and said we’d have a refund in the morning which i knew sounded weird because it said £0 refund. never seen that before on a delivery website. money was never refunded and customer service was awful just wouldn’t listen to us. super disappointed as this is a new place and at first they were good value for money even tho it was mediocre food. upped their prices now and don’t know how to treat customers.

Terrible delivery driver , incapable of using a sat nav or Google maps and the concept of a postcode . £3.30 for two slices of Aldi halloumi , wings were pretty much flavourless and a bit tough . Big let down in all fairness

Food was horrible pizza was soggy and what I presume was the delivery guy walked in from outside and took my pizzas from there dirty roller oven and put them in boxes without washing his hands the were also a pound short on my Change which I politely told him to keep after there was no sign of him giving it to me he was also screaming into a Bluetooth earpiece the entire time I was there and all there clothes were filthy would not recommend at all read some of there previous reviews most are from someone named Daniel or Lisa if I could give minus stars I would place needs a health inspector pronto
